Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller, Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that converts from a single to double stroller with the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be converted into a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It has 24 options and is a top-rated stroller overall. The model is made of Baby Jogger’s soft and breathable, sustainably sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It includes a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It is 20% smaller and lighter than the top single-to-double stroller available, the UPPAbaby V2.

It features a medium-sized shade as well as an e-snap-aboo window which is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebar is one of the most simple to adjust and works for parents of all sizes. The seats recline and come with a footwell adjustment button so you can position your child for maximum comfort. The storage bin is spacious however we would prefer it had an opening that is more secure. It's easy to access but we found the zippers to be somewhat frustrating as they have to be completely removed and refastened to each use.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are easy to set up and release by pulling a lever located on the frame's side, lower than the handlebar. It's barefoot and sandal-friendly and is a step up from the clunky toe-pinch brake levers that many of the other models use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that is able to accept two infant car seats which makes it a great option for twins or for parents with a single child and a new baby coming soon. It is compatible with the majority of major brands infant car seats by using an adapter. We tested it with the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a great alternative for families who already have a car seat but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you may prefer a convertible stroller in this instance.
