UPVC Replacement Door Handles

The spring cassette is located within the base of your door handle backplate, providing a spring solution to return your multipoint lock handles for bifold doors to their original position after using. The handles were previously equipped with no spring and would droop when the locking mechanism was disconnected. This simple component is the best solution to address this issue. It also stops your door from becoming stuck in the closed or open position as they aren't easy to close manually.

These spring cassettes are specially designed for use with multipoint locks that are sprung They will not work with multipoint handles that are not sprung and you will require a hole specifically cut in your backplate in order for them to fit (please look at the image for a technical diagram). They are a replacement for existing damaged or missing cassettes inside the backplates of door handles of various kinds of uPVC doors. They have a square cut out which allows for an 8mm spindle to be used and are sold as a set.
